Karl kindly invited me to his new studio, and I was absolutely delighted to accept. This was our fourth time working together, but my first time visiting his studio and it was such a great experience from start to finish.

He had three well-thought-out themes planned for the shoot, each with its own unique feel and setup. I was particularly drawn to the fabric concept. I could have stayed wrapped in those textures and movement all day 😁. It was so creatively inspiring, and Karl gave me the space to explore and express myself, while also offering thoughtful direction to shape the shoot and capture the best results.

His studio was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. From lighting to props to music that helped set the mood. Everything was ready to go when I arrived, and the whole experience felt smooth, professional, and relaxed.

I felt completely at ease working with Karl, which is so important when you’re in front of the camera. The atmosphere was fun, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable. The time flew by 🙂and that's always a good sign. I left feeling creatively fulfilled and excited to see the final shots.

I’d absolutely recommend Karl to anyone, whether you’re a new model looking for a welcoming environment or someone with more experience who wants to collaborate on something artistic and well-executed. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Karl last week when he travelled all the way to shoot with me at my home. I was honoured as it was also his birthday!

Pre-comms were excellent. He sent me a moodboard beforehand for inspiration and ideas and to get a feel for what he was looking for our on shoot.

We had a cuppa and a chinwag before we started and Karl is very easy to talk to, friendly and polite. We managed to fit in many different looks/sets in the time we had and the photos I've seen so far are amazing! An extremely talented photographer and so lovely, respectful and professional. I really enjoyed our shoot from start to finish. Highly recommend to others and would certainly love to work with him again.

I had a great time working with Karl once again — this was our fifth shoot together, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. We covered several different themes and outfits, and I was given clear direction while still having the freedom to pose naturally. Karl is consistently respectful and professional, and he made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire shoot.

He’s also a very friendly person; we shared some great conversations and laughs along the way. He was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and drop me off afterward, which was very much appreciated. Communication leading up to the shoot was excellent, as it always has been.

I can’t wait to see the results of our work together. I highly recommend working with Karl — don’t miss the chance to book a shoot with him whenever you can!

I had a great shoot with Karl today. Pre comms had been great. He described the sets he wanted to try and what I needed to bring so I could travel light. On the day, he met me at the station and drove to his studio.

Of course, there were chocolates to snack on! We did many different sets, working together on what to do next. We got some amazing images! I really enjoyed the shoot and all the different sorts of images we tried. I can’t wait to shoot again and look forward to seeing the results from today.

This was my first shoot with Karl, shooting in an Airbnb which I had hired as part of my tour to Norwich. Pre-comms were smooth and it was straightforward organising a shoot. He’s a reliable photographer!

We got on well right from the get go - Karl is friendly, great to chat to, and a pleasure to work with! It was great learning about his experience with photography and his journey so far.

He took a good look around the shooting space to get some inspiration, and then we were off! He works at a relaxed pace, focussing on getting the lighting right (he’s VERY good with lighting), aiming for quality of images rather than quantity. He’s a skilled photographer. He’s calm, is a great ‘worker of angles’ and creative too, for example shooting me through the bars of the stairs which created some awesome images. He brought along some outfits and props for us to use which was appreciated.

My jaw dropped several times when looking at the back of the camera - honestly incredible images. He gave helpful feedback throughout the shoot, and always let me take a look at the images to see how we could improve. A great collaboration!

He was extremely respectful at all times, making sure that I was comfortable and giving me the space to say if I wasn’t happy with anything, which is great practice and again was appreciated.

Thanks so much for the chance to work together, I truly appreciate it and can thoroughly recommend this photographer to other other models. I definitely hope that we are able to work together again in the future! All the best for now.
